Caregivers Come Together for Learning “Ethics and Caregiver Professionalism” in Senior Home Care

As part of our anniversary celebration, our caregivers came together for a two-day in-service led by RN Supervisor Sharon and Client Care Manager Sarah. The training, “Ethics and Caregiver Professionalism,” featured lively discussions, role-playing, and even virtual participation via Zoom. From protecting client confidentiality to recognizing and reporting abuse concerns, our team explored real-life scenarios that strengthen professionalism in senior home care services. This special event was both a celebration of our values and a powerful reminder of the difference compassionate, ethical caregiving makes every day.
