A Heart for Caregiving
Aarrian’s passion for caregiving started at a young age. When her grandmother became ill, she and her sister stepped in to help care for her. That experience shaped her desire to support others and sparked a lifelong commitment to providing compassionate elderly care services.
Building Connections That Matter
One of the things Aarrian enjoys most about working at HomeChoice is the connections she has built, both with her clients and with the team. She appreciates the supportive environment and shared sense of purpose among caregivers and staff.
Her favorite activities with clients include cooking, shopping, talking, and sharing laughs, simple but powerful moments that define high-quality senior care. Aarrian understands that care goes beyond tasks; it’s about building trust, creating joy, and being present.
Looking Toward the Future
Aarrian has strong goals for her future. She hopes to grow into a role where she can support and mentor others, possibly helping new employees get comfortable within the company or checking in on clients. Her vision reflects a deep commitment to both caregivers and clients, strengthening the delivery of personalized home care assistance across the team.
Life Outside of Caregiving
Outside of work, Aarrian enjoys traveling, cooking, swimming, and watching scary movies. She takes pride in the career she has built and describes caregiving as “such a wonderful decision”, one she wouldn’t change.
