Michelle Greer, RN Supervisor

As RN supervisor, Michelle trains and gives guidance to HomeChoice Home Care’s Certified Nursing Assistants. Michelle assists them with concerns or questions they may have about our clients.  She also serves as a liaison between the clients and their medical team such as doctors, therapists and home health nurses.

Michelle began working in home care as a private duty companion, assisting geriatric clients in their homes.  Michelle then received her CNA certification and continued working in private duty home care.  Michelle also worked in a memory care unit while she pursued her goal of becoming a Registered Nurse.

She attended the Watts School of Nursing in Durham, NC.  After graduation she worked on a Neuroscience Unit at Duke Raleigh.  She decided to return to the home care setting because she missed the long-term relationships that come from working with clients in their homes.

Michelle lives in Clayton with her husband, Joe, and four children.  She likes to cook and garden in her spare time.

Christiann Ryerson, Scheduling Coordinator

Christiann thrives off of matching C.N.A.s and clients based on need and chemistry.  He spent 7 years working with developmentally disabled adults in group home and day program settings so he understands the importance of consistency and routine.  After relocating from northern New Jersey to Raleigh 5 years ago, he focused his career growth on serving the senior community.  His past work experience includes positions at Doctors Making Housecalls as well as another home care agency.

A graduate of Albright College in Reading, PA with an emphasis on Religious Studies and History, Christiann can be spotted on running on Lake Lynn with his girlfriend Lauren and their dog Gizmo.  He also enjoys going to concerts, watching football, and cooking.
