
Brian Perruccio, Owner & General Manager
A native of Portland, CT, Brian has lived in the Triangle since 1995. Brian received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in 1992 and then received his Masters of Sports Administration from St. Thomas University (Miami, FL) in 1994. He began his professional career at the University of North Carolina where he worked in the Athletic Department. His experiences in marketing, sales, customer service and brand management led him to home care business ownership in 2010. Brian is compassionate about providing the best care possible to his clients while also providing their family members the reassurance that their loved ones are in great hands.
He is an avid mountain biker, golfer and a fan of the Boston Red Sox and the University of Connecticut Huskies. Brian resides in Apex, NC with his wife, Jennifer and their two children.

Jennifer Perruccio, Owner & Community Relations Director
Jennifer, Community Relations Director, has been an integral part of serving HomeChoice Home Care Solutions’ clients. She grew up in Cary and graduated from NC State with an undergraduate and Master’s degree. Helping others and owning a business are two dreams come true through HomeChoice Home Care Solutions. Jennifer enjoys making personal connections with our clients, their families and our employees.
Brian and Jennifer have been married for almost 20 years. They live in Apex and have two children. They are active in their church, St. Mary Magdalene, in Apex. They are Red Sox fans, enjoy taking road trips to National Parks, being outside and spending time with their children.
Brian and Jennifer have been known to help pack clients’ cars for beach trips, give caregivers rides during snowy weather and to drop off a home cooked meal at a client’s home. HomeChoice Home Care Solutions is not a “job” or a part-time venture; caring for people and helping them stay in their homes is a passion that Brian and Jennifer live every day.

Carrie Walker, RN Supervisor
As RN Supervisor, Carrie is responsible for the supervision and medical training of our caregiver staff. She is also charged with overseeing the medical aspect of our clients’ care. Carrie brings 10 years of nursing experience to her role at HomeChoice Home Care Solutions. She has a background of home care and emergency and critical care nursing. Carrie has a passion for caring and is all about being an advocate for clients and families. She goes the extra mile to cultivate positive relationships, giving dignity to people from all walks of life, and empowering everyone to participate in their plan of care. For Carrie, providing emotional support, education, and simple human connection is the most important part of the job. She can not imagine doing anything other than nursing and she loves to help people.
Carrie lives in the suburbs of Raleigh with her husband, 2 boys and a dog. When not taking care of others she enjoys being outside with her family.

Vivecca Mcvie, Care Manager

Maggie Smith, Lead Scheduling Coordinator
As Scheduling Coordinator, Maggie is responsible for making sure our clients are properly staffed with the right caregiver and that both our clients and caregivers are happy with one another.
Maggie was born abroad in Wiesbaden Germany to a military family and relocated to North Carolina at age 4. She has worked in customer-service related industries for numerous years and enjoys truly connecting and communicating with clients. Previously she spent 5 years with a company and due to her communication, leadership, critical thinking skills, and problem solving she was granted a role as a Dual Store Manager and received Store of the Month out of 93 US stores.
She currently lives in Clayton, NC – happily married with two fur children named Scout and Kenna. She can often be found exploring hiking trails, spending time with family, or trying her hand at Pinterest DIY projects.

Jessica Stone, Scheduling Coordinator
Jessica comes from a background in home health as a therapy provider. As a Scheduling Coordinator, she enjoys helping our clients by orchestrating the assistance our caring staff provides.
Jessica, her husband, and a ridiculous number of cats recently moved back to the Raleigh area. Their daughter is living her dream in Paris as a fashion design intern. When she’s not hard at work as one of the newest members of the HomeChoice team, Jessica is an editor and writer, and no matter when you read this, she’s bound to have a new book on the way. Her other claims to fame include being a great-niece of the Ringling Bros. and her ability to fold any fitted sheet into a perfect, flat, little rectangle.

Tony and Susan Rogers, Owners and Managing Directors
Tony and Susan recently celebrated 50 years of marriage. They have two daughters and two grandchildren. They have lived in Cary for over 40 years-which almost makes them natives! They both enjoy playing golf, traveling and spending time with their family. Tony loves to fish, to cheer on the Red Sox and to eat NC BBQ. Susan has been a member of her book club for over 30 years. She enjoys playing mahjong and taking long walks. They are active in their church, St. Mary Magdalene in Apex, NC. Tony and Susan are an integral part of the services HomeChoice Home Care provides because their dedication and commitment to care comes from the heart.
