With 14 years of experience as a PCA and 6 years as a CNA, Josephine has devoted her career to helping others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves. She shares that she was inspired to enter the caregiving field because of her desire to help people who are unable to help themselves and to positively impact their daily lives through compassionate care.
Creating Meaningful Moments Through Care
Josephine believes caregiving is about more than completing tasks; it’s about connection, engagement, and helping clients maintain dignity and joy in their everyday routines. Her favorite activities with clients depend on their individual abilities and interests. For more active clients, she enjoys involving them in activities like folding clothes, cooking, baking, and gardening. For clients who are less active, she loves sharing stories, singing, coloring, painting, playing games, or simply watching their favorite television programs together.
These thoughtful interactions are what make high-quality senior care so meaningful and are a true reflection of Josephine’s compassionate approach to providing care to our senior clients.

Outside of work, Josephine enjoys cooking, dancing, reading, gardening, watching television, and exercising. She is also a proud mother of three children; two daughters and one son.
