HomeChoice Home Care Solutions attended a lunch and learn presented by Silver Linings and hosted by Preston Pointe.
The lunch and learn was titled “Mental Health and How You Can Help“. Mental health is often thought of as a secondary or “lessor” illness, but mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, and bipolar disorder are serious conditions that effect a senior’s overall health and quality of life.
