On Friday July 22 the Alzheimer’s Association’s Eastern North Carolina chapter held a luncheon at North Ridge Country Club in appreciation to its volunteers. Tony Rogers Owner/Managing Director of HomeChoice Home Care solutions was presented with a certificate of appreciation. The award was presented by Peggy Best, LCSW, Associate Director, Programs and Advocacy for Tony’s work as a Community Educator for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Eastern North Carolina chapter. Alzheimer’s Association’s mission is to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
