During the conference, participants completed a short cognitive exercise: listing as many animals as possible in one minute. While the number itself varies, the real value lies in knowing your own baseline and noticing changes over time.
Small signs like word-finding difficulties or brain fog can sometimes be dismissed as normal aging.
