Shaneka, our caregiver of the month for August 2021.
Shaneka has been with the HomeChoice family for almost a year now and we can’t thank her enough for everything she does to help our clients. She is always willing to help out when needed and going above and beyond, Shaneka is truly one of the best!
Shaneka began caregiving when she had a relative who was very ill and needed help. Most of her experience is as a PCA, but she soon got her training to become a CNA. When asked, Shaneka said she enjoys working for HomeChoice because of the choice of schedules available and the schedulers doing their best to pair her with assignments she can complete.
She enjoys taking her clients out to run errands and do other activities. She said it gives the client a chance to take their mind off of what they are going through for just a moment.
