HomeChoice Home Care Solutions is a leading provider of non-medical home care services. We are looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in building and nurturing relationships with referral sources, increasing our agency’s referrals, and enhancing our brand presence within the community.

Growth Potential
This is an exciting time to join HomeChoice Home Care Solutions. We’re deeply committed to expanding our sales and marketing department, and this position is key to that vision. Over the next 24 months, we plan to grow into a multi-representative sales team covering our service area, with a Sales Manager role reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, rehab facilities, senior living communities, and other healthcare partners.
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to drive referrals and educate partners on our services.
- Represent HomeChoice at community events, workshops, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to align marketing strategies and optimize referral generation.
- Meet and exceed referral and sales goals, providing weekly KPI reports and activity updates.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of verifiable outside sales experience
- Experience using a CRM and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a professional, caring demeanor.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Triangle area (company car provided during work hours).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total compensation: $60k to $120K (Base salary + uncapped commission)
