Martin, our caregiver of the month for October 2021.
Martin has been a PCA for over 16 years. He became a caregiver because he enjoys helping people and wanted a rewarding job that makes a difference. He has been with HomeChoice for just under a year and when asked why he likes working for HomeChoice, he had the following to say: “I like working for HomeChoice because it’s a friendly place to work and they work with my availability and assigning me clients that are close to home.” When engaging with a client, Martin encourages them to talk about their life and their stories and enjoys looking at their photographs together. Martin is taking classes to become an RN. In his spare time, Martin enjoys watching movies and traveling with his wife.
