HomeChoice Home Care Solutions is a leading provider of non-medical home care services.   We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Professional to join our work family. This role is crucial in building and nurturing relationships with referral sources, increasing our agency’s referrals, and enhancing our brand presence within the community.

Apply if you qualify, make sure you have:

  • 5 years of verifiable Sales Experience
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Experience in Healthcare or Senior Care (preferred, but not required)
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Triangle
  • Be ready to submit sales history, including salary and target numbers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation- develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, clinics, senior centers, and other potential partners, to increase referrals to our agency.
  • Account management- conduct in-person visits to referral sources, providing value-added marketing materials and detailed presentations on our services, emphasizing how we meet the needs of our clients.
  • Organize and execute presentations and informational sessions for potential referral sources to educate them on the benefits of partnering with HomeChoice Home Care Solutions.
  • Participate in community events, workshops, and seminars to promote HomeChoice Home Care Solutions, enhancing our brand awareness and community presence.
  • Business development- collaborate with internal teams to identify market trends, gather feedback, and adjust strategies to optimize referral generation.
  • Meet sales objectives and maintain detailed records of activities, referrals received, and the effectiveness of different strategies and approaches. Provide weekly KPI reports.


  • Proven experience in outside sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Verifiable experience with sales quotas and target achievement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various stakeholders.
  • Experience creating a sales strategy including planning and executing the strategy for success.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare market and potential referral sources.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Elder care certifications are a plus.

What to Expect:

  • A proven training program and sales process
  • Clearly defined goals and targets
  • Monday- Friday, 8:30-4:30
  • Your territory will be the Triangle including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and surrounding areas

Your Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with base and uncapped commission, $50K – 125K total compensation
